BrandReady is not:

• A custom design agency

• A freelance marketplace

• An open-ended creative service

All services are delivered within clearly defined scope and structure.

2. Service Structure

Each BrandReady Kit includes specific deliverables outlined on the website at the time of purchase.

Scope is fixed.

Deliverables are predefined.

Customization outside the listed scope is not included unless explicitly stated.

By purchasing a kit, you agree to the defined scope.

3. Turnaround Time

Delivery occurs within 48 hours after:

• Full payment is received

• All required brand inputs are submitted

If inputs are incomplete or unclear, the 48-hour window begins once clarification is received.

4. Revisions

Each kit includes one structured revision.

Revisions are intended for refinement based on the submitted brief.

Major changes, repositioning, or scope expansion are not included.

Additional revisions may be available at an additional fee.

5. Payments

All payments must be made in full before work begins.

Pricing is fixed and transparent.

BrandReady does not negotiate pricing or offer custom quotes.

BrandReady does not provide trademark or legal services.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Respond in a timely manner

• Avoid submitting copyrighted or infringing materials

Delays caused by client inaction do not constitute breach of the 48-hour guarantee.

9. Limitation of Liability

BrandReady is not liable for:

• Business outcomes

• Revenue performance

• Trademark disputes

• Market acceptance
