1. Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before submitting your brand inputs, you are eligible for a full refund.

No questions. No friction.

2. After Brand Inputs Are Submitted

Once brand inputs are submitted, your project enters production.

At this stage:

• The system is activated

• Designers are assigned

• Work begins immediately

Because of this, refunds are not available after production starts.

3. The 48-Hour Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery within 48 hours from the time your completed inputs are received.

If we fail to deliver within this timeframe:

You are eligible for a full refund.

This is our commitment to speed and reliability.

4. Revision Policy

Each BrandReady Kit includes one structured revision.

The revision is intended for refinement — not redesign.

If you request changes outside the original scope or attempt to alter the agreed brief significantly, additional charges may apply.

5. What Is Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after delivery

• Dissatisfaction due to subjective design preference

• Requests outside the selected kit scope

• Delays caused by incomplete or unclear client inputs
